Rapper Nelly And Girlfriend Break Up After Six Years

Rapper Nelly (46) and his girlfriend Shantel Jackson (37) have split up after a six-year relationship. The two are going their separate ways, Shantel said on Instagram.

“No, we’re not… just friends”

When asked by a fan if she and Nelly are still together, she replied, “No, we’re not…just friends.” The news is striking because the couple hinted at an engagement last year.

Nelly had relationships in the past with singer Ashanti, rapper Eve and actress Tae Heckard.

The rapper was accused of sexual abuse by two women a few years ago. The two cases were settled by a settlement.
