Megan Thee Stallion answered some fan questions about her new single and confirmed that it will appear on her upcoming album. Fans demanded that she release “Plan B” right away after hearing it during her Coachella show last weekend.

When “Plan B” was first teased, fans assumed it’s aimed at Tory Lanez. Megan’s latest track seems to add fuel to the flames in the ongoing legal battle between the two artists, which has been a hot issue in pop culture for a while.

Megan makes no reference to Lanez or her shooting incident. She answered a few fan questions about “Plan B” after dropping it, and she revealed the song’s inspiration.

“I was just venting Abt experiences I’ve had in relationships I’ve been in the past,” she stated. Megan added that she wanted to wait before she drops the track, but the response from her Coachella performance prompted her to drop it. “It’s aggressive it’s nostalgic it’s raw… i can’t say it’s based in one sound but it’s definitely HARD.”
